We kindly request that all customers provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $100.

Additionally, if our technician is en route to your location at the time of cancellation, mileage charges will apply. The mileage rate is set at $0.25 per mile, calculated from our office to your designated location.
