before installation
Make a list of the equipment you want to keep operating during an outage, such as heating, refrigeration, a well pump, or business equipment. Share your property location, available fuel supply, and whether a generator or transfer switch is already installed.

Protection Plan.
Five levels are available for air-cooled and liquid-cooled generators. Every level includes 24/7 remote monitoring, active fault notifications, customer notification, and three remote restart attempts. Level 1 is $24.95 per month in every service zone.

- Levels 2 and 3: one preventative maintenance visit per year
- Levels 4 and 5: two maintenance visits and two non-emergency service calls per year
- Level 5: automatic dispatch on critical fault*
